Refund policy

We would like to make our customers aware that all made to order garments are exempt from our 14 day refund policy. For all ready to wear products, we offer a 14 day return from receipt. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been worn excessively or been damaged, marked or soiled. Should any damage be apparent when the product is received, we will require photographic evidence to be sent per email prior to returning the item. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping returns.
